I am Mario Canever, I obtained a Master of Science in Digital Electronic Engineering graduating at Padua University, Italy, in 1986.

In the 1987 I had a second level Master in Radar System Maintenance at the S.T.El.E. Military School in Rome.

I was master trainer in analogic and digital electronic at Electrolux and Ericsson in Stockholm and Rome, as electronic designer first and system engineer and system integrator late.

In the 1995 I moved to Hong Kong in a branch of an European multinational corporation as chief system engineer for upgrading electronic systems to become EMI, CE and RoHS compliant.

I am an audio enthusiast, not an audiophile since he was 16. I don’t like the word audiophile because it recalls to my mind ‘such a kind of pathology’, I prefer always to think that the music comes before any electronics device. I would prefer to be remembered as an audio enthusiast.

I am fully grown senior engineer with experiences in high frequencies design, audio and industrial projecting with a deep knowledge in HiEnd refurbishing and repair.

I studied almost all the designs ideas from La Maison de Audiophile and MJ Audio,  setting up a few audio platforms with the integration of own digital solutions. I developed, tubes, solid states, analogic and digital speaker management system.

CanEVER AUDIO® was officially founded in 2013 as company of developing HI End devices with the only goal , give to the listener emotions!

Just because I wanted to go deeper and deeper in room acoustics and sound measurements, in the 2014 I presented at the HiEnd, the CorumAudio project, a sophisticated horn system developed with a famous designer. I designed the whole system, from the circuit topology to the transformers, from the mechanical structure to the microprocessors firmware, from the horn contour to the folded bass horn.

CanEVER AUDIO® achieves its aims through a 360° approach where all the parts of a unit are important to reach the purpose: stimulate emotions like those at concert experience.

CanEVER AUDIO® philosophy is far to the technical approach, even if close to perfection, based on the maximum informational retrieval and transmission, because usually at the end the sound is fare away from the real music.

CanEVER AUDIO® designed and installed many OEM systems. The ZeroUno DAC family are proposals with the ambition to be easily accepted by the experienced listeners grown up with the vinyl sound.
